Aysha Alawadhi

Aysha is a Culture, HR ops & organizational effectiveness specialist. Her expertise in business transformation, DE&I, policy, and process enhancements helps align people strategy with business strategy, all while creating a culture that welcomes diversity, grows talent, and delivers results. 


Aysha is GPHR certified, carries an MSc in HR from New York University, an executive coaching accreditation ICF & EMCC, and DE&I certification from Cornell University. 


In her spare time, Aysha acts as an HR advisor for non-profit organizations, works with coaching clients, and aims to inspire through youth mentoring and public service. She currently serves as the President of the Expert Jury, Employee Engagement Awards - Herculean Alliance - Dubai Chapter.

Minaa B

Minaa B. is a writer, licensed therapist, wellness coach, mental health educator and owner of MinaaB. Consulting, a mental health consulting practice servicing brands and agencies on managing employee mental health through keynote speaking, workshops and lectures. At the root of her work, Minaa focuses on the intersection between mental health and social justice, and uses her clinical expertise to teach people how to cultivate self-advocacy and practice community oriented healing. Alexander Fleischmann

Alexander Fleischmann is currently main researcher in the project Inclusive Futurerun by IMD Business School in cooperation with Philip Morrison International. He received his PhD in Management from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he worked as University Assistant at the institutes for Change Management as well as Gender and Diversity in Organizations. Alexander studied International Business Administration at the University of Vienna and Hanken School of Economics (Helsinki) as well as Gender Studies at the University of Vienna. He presented his work at international conferences (including Academy of Management; European Group of Organizational Studies; Gender, Work and Organization) and published in peer-reviewed journals (including Gender in Management: An International Journal; Journal of Management and Organization; Work, Employment and Society). In addition to academic appointments, Alexander also served as Equal Opportunities Officer at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna.

Brittany Jones-Cooper

Brittany Jones-Cooper is a journalist and producer with experience in television, digital media and podcasting. She currently hosts the show Unmuted on Yahoo Life, which gives a platform to voices from underrepresented communities. Formerly a host at BUILD Series, Brittany has interviewed some of the biggest names in entertainment, news, activism and literature. She traveled the world as an editor for Yahoo Travel, and helped readers manage their money as a reporter at Yahoo Finance. Before Yahoo, Brittany was a producer for Katie Couric's daytime talk show on ABC.

Silke Muenster

Ms. Muenster was appointed Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) at Philip Morris International (PMI) in March 2020 –a newly-created role reporting directly to the CEO. She joined PMI in 2011, where she was director, Market and Consumer Research until 2012 when she became vice president, Market Research.


At PMI, she is known for being incredibly proactive on inclusion and diversity (I&D)—she is a coach and mentor to other women, has built a women’s network at PMI and prior to her current role, worked closely with senior leaders across the organization on workplace strategies and tactics to advance I&D. Over the past months, she has successfully expanded the focus of the company’s I&D strategy and established a number of global Employee Resources Groups (including on gender, race and ethnicity, and LGBTQ+ inclusion) with the purpose of creating a space for community and connection among employees, and to foster a sense of belonging, visibility, and greater understanding of different experiences and dimensions of diversity at PMI.


Prior to PMI, she spent 12 years in leading research roles at the Coca-Cola Company, four years at Apollinaris & Schweppes and four years at Marbert Kosmetik. She began her career at Research International after earning her degree in mathematics from Ruhr University, Bochum in German.

Terrence Underwood (Dr. T) is a globally recognized Diversity & Inclusion speaker, VP of Leading for Equity and Inclusion at Catalyst, and Founder of the National Association of Minority Speakers. He is a growth-minded, inclusive thinker with more than 20 years of experience optimizing learning outcomes with deep expertise in inclusion, leadership development, and anger management. His expertise in organizational development spans across global industries, including non-profits, technology, financial services, and higher education. Dr. T has a degree in Doctorate Organizational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Project Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management, Associates in Computer Information Systems, Certified Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, and Anger Therapist.
