About the Speakers

Teri Bariquit

Teri Bariquit, Chief Merchandising Officer, Nordstrom, Inc.

Teri Bariquit was named chief merchandising officer in 2019. She and her team support all development and operational aspects of Nordstrom Merchandising Group, including planning, inventory deployment, merchandising solutions and strategic capabilities across all channels.

Under Teri’s leadership, Nordstrom has improved merchandising performance and has achieved industry-leading results for sales, inventory turn and other key buying and inventory management metrics. She has spent a significant part of her career supporting the evolution and continuous improvement of the merchandising organization, including technology implementations, organizational design and best practices. Teri and her team strive to continuously evolve merchandising capabilities to enable growth and deliver top tier results.

Teri joined Nordstrom in 1986 and worked in the selling and buying offices and went on to hold various management roles within the company. In 2004, she took on the role of vice president of Full-Price Nordstrom stores, Merchandising Support. Teri graduated Magna Cum Laude from Central Washington University with a B.S.in Accounting and Finance.

Lindy Crea

Lindy Crea, Head of US Partnerships, Klarna

Lindy Crea is Head of US Partnerships at Klarna. She works with platform partners such as Magento and Shopify and agency partners to ensure strong integrations of Klarna’s solutions and a ‘smoooth’ onboarding for retailers. Ms. Crea has more than 17 years of experience in business process and system implementations and sales and marketing optimization. Since earning an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona in 2007, she has worked internationally in the US, Europe, and Africa. She currently lives in Boulder, Colorado and escapes to the mountains whenever possible.

Angelique Joseph

Angelique Joseph, Vice President of Global Design for Naturalizer, a Caleres brand

Angelique Joseph is the Vice President of Global Design for Naturalizer, one of the Caleres brands. She joined Caleres fourteen years ago and headed up the design team for children’s dress, casual and licensed shoes. She holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Washington University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two daughters, bike riding, being outdoors and exploring new restaurants. She also sharing her passion for creativity with her children.      

Merah Vodianova

Merah Vodianova, Founder and Designer, Merah Vodianova


Merah Vodianova is a British designer known primarily for her namesake footwear brand — Merah Vodianova, which provides maximal minimalism pieces for the Modern Woman. 


Since the label’s launch, Merah Vodianova has been identified as the emerging shoe designer to watch out for, awarded Micam’s 2018 social brand of the year and seen on a cult following of IT- girls and taste makers.

The beginning of 2019 saw the formation of her second brand, The Cutt Label. 

The Cutt is a fresh clothing label presenting off-duty day wear to effortless chic styles. A label created with the aim of disrupting the fast fashion industry, presenting attainable pieces and utlizing a circular, fair priced and ethical production chain. 

Merah’s brands joins contemporary women in their ever-changing journey.  Built upon a set of powerful beliefs, and abiding by strong manifestos, her brands mirror her - unconventional & bold.
