Cross-border e-commerce is booming but many e-commerce brands haven’t yet seized the opportunity. In the wake of the pandemic and continued social distancing, global e-commerce is positioned for continued growth within the retail sector, and will continue to be an important channel to drive online sales. E-commerce brands that expanded into cross-border e-commerce already have found success attracting and converting international customers on their websites.
This webinar will examine the successful cross-border approach of Citizens of Humanity, an LA-based apparel company known for its high-quality denim. The presentation will feature Mario Borroi, COO of International at Citizens of Humanity, who will discuss how the brand is leveraging the cross-border opportunity to grow their global audience and drive international sales and revenue. Flow CEO Rob Keve will guide the discussion as an interview and examine the different facets of the fashion brand’s execution to show how online retailers everywhere can execute a winning global strategy.
