Laurasia Mattingly is a certified meditation and mindfulness (400hr) instructor, author and speaker. After experiencing debilitating anxiety as a teen and depression after the loss of her mother Laurasia found mindfulness and meditation it helped her transform her life.

LA Dunn is a plant-based advocate who wants to encourage more people to add more plants to their plate. In 2017, she suffered greatly from aches and pains due to inflammation. LA found that many of the foods that she enjoyed were at the center of the problem. Determined to feel better she began eating mostly plants and moved away from animal products. She leaned into research and took courses in whole foods plant-based nutrition. The result? Less pain and more energy. From learning how to establish a business from scratch in 2018 to developing and launching not only a digital community and consultancy, she launched the App while pregnant one month prior to giving birth to her son, Arjun. Dr. Patel has juggle working full time as a pharmacist, being a mother to two, being pregnant and successfully bringing a product to market. Yasmine Cheyenne is a writer, speaker, and self-healing advocate, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She helps people create and strengthen their individual self-care practices by teaching them the tools that empower lasting positive changes in their lives. An Air Force Veteran, Yasmine now focuses on her self-healing workshops as well as her writing – she is a published author and often shares on her Instagram.
